The three-day weekend will include the usual hours & hours of sewing & fellowship, plus chef-prepared meals, comfortable accommodations, swaps, & giveaways.
Jordan Ranch is a great venue to host our retreat. The meeting room is the perfect environment for our exciting retreat, and the comfortable accommodations offer a restful night's sleep. This is a wonderful opportunity for up to 33 members; we are booked for a minimum of 20. We have never been to a facility that could accommodate that many. If more than 33 people pay at the meeting in February, we will have a lottery and place all names in a hat and draw out 33. Any name not drawn will immediately go to the waiting list, which can be filled if anyone has to reschedule due to conflicts in life.
Sleeping will be three (3) to a room so if we have 33 members, we will have 11 rooms. For fewer members, we will have fewer rooms, still 3 to a room.
Additional details such as arrival and departure times, what to bring, and other exciting activities will be distributed in March Payment Details: you must submit at least a deposit to secure your spot. The second installment payment is due on or before the April 15th meeting. All payments via PayPal should be sent to houstonmqg@gmail.com.
