Spring 2026 Retreat

Join us for the Spring Retreat at Magnolia Manor!

Spring Retreat is a great way to make some new friends and complete your latest projects! Magnolia Manor is a beautiful retreat center located in Waller about 53 miles from Houston. Join us Friday May 1st to Sunday May 3rd  (Friday 2 PM through Sunday 2 PM). With an optional day Thursday April 30th.

Sign ups open February 1st at noon and will provide full payment or increment payment options. If you choose the half-payment option, the second payment is due March 27th to preserve your spot.

This 7200 square foot facility has a large joint space for all of your sewing needs.  They have individual design walls, two large cutting stations, and two large ironing tables.  Each bedroom has four twins and a large shared bathroom with amenities.  All spaces are wheelchair accessible, and an elevator is provided to help lift items and tired sewists! Covered drive through is available to unload goods. 

Lunch and Dinner is served family style by our wonderful host, Lisa, who prepares all meals from scratch.  Please let us know if you have food allergies.  Breakfast items are made available on Saturday, and Sunday we close with a brunch to conclude our retreat. If you are adding Thursday to your retreat we will go out to dinner (cost not included in retreat package) or you can bring your own meal.

Marvelous swag bags and door prizes await to inspire your creations!  In addition, Lisa has a small sewing shop attached to the retreat for any last minute needs, provided at a small discount for attendees.
